iOS only exposes motion over HTTPS and asks permission on the first tap, so this
must be opened through the tunnel rather than a local address. Samples are posted
once a second in the format STREAM_API.md defines, which is the same
format the capture app will use. The first decision arrives after one full window
of signal and a new one every hop after that.
